If you need to return or exchange an item, We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to return
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide our receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at: contact@siciry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will respond quickly (please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing) with instructions on how to return items from your order, and the returns address will be provided by mail after the application is submitted.
- Within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment as the original purchase. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund if you haven't received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, and contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.
- You need to pay the shipping fee for the return. No return fee.
We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges If:
