Siciry offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
Shipping
At siciry.com, orders over $50 (excluding taxes) are eligible for free standard shipping, while a standard shipping fee of $9.99 will apply to orders totaling less than $50.
Typically, our standard shipping option for merchandise orders takes 6-15 business days to arrive. Depending on the carrier, your order may be delivered on a weekend.
Returns
At Siciry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase or gift, you may return new or gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method, in most cases.
To start the return process, you will need to contact our customer support via contact@siciry.com. Products must be in new or gently used condition to qualify for a return.
Please do not dispose of any products or packaging before contacting our customer service team. You will need to provide proof of purchase to be able to return any product you purchased from our website. Any approved refund will be processed via the payment method used to purchase the product from our website and will not include any delivery costs unless specified by our customer service team.
We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges and monitor return activity for abuse. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Siciry's discretion, and we may ask for government ID to verify your identity.
